Minimum Quantities
Free delivery is available on a minimum order quantity of 20 small bales within the West Berkshire area. There is no minimum quantity on the large bales to qualify for free delivery. If you require a smaller quantity please contact us at ojmfarm@gmail.com prior to ordering.
Cash on Delivery
If you would like to pay cash on delivery please contact us at ojmfarm@gmail.com and we will arrange your order offline.
Need a specific day other than those listed?
We make our deliveries weekly on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you would like a delivery on another day of the week please contact us at ojmfarm@gmail.com prior to ordering. This may be something we can accommodate if workload allows.
Delivery instructions
Many of our customers tell us beforehand where they would like their delivery unloaded and stacked. If we are unfamiliar with your delivery location or you would like it somewhere else other than the usual space it will be helpful to receive full details of where you need it and even a photo! Our checkout process currently doesn't allow photos to be uploaded but it does allow customer comments. Please include any specific delivery instructions, including gate codes if needed, in the comments box during checkout. If you would like to send us a photo of the delivery location you can either do this via email (ojmfarm@gmail.com) or by using the contact us form on this site.

We allow customers to select AM or PM deliveries and will endeavour to fulfil this request. If you require a call 30 minute prior to delivery please select this option on the product page. Same day deliveries will not be made.
